Returns & Refund Policy

If you don't like something, simply return it to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch, and as long as we can still sell it as new, we will be delighted to give you a refund, exchange or credit; whichever you prefer.

Returned items must reach us in their new, undamaged and unworn state with original tags in place. Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent, or damage, and in a resalable condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.

Luvian Woollens reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn, or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that due to the increased charges for returning items, all returns must be made at your own cost.

Some items are non-refundable and/or non-returnable. The following limitations apply:

  • Sales of special, promotional, and discounts items are final and are not eligible for a refund. Items purchased as " SALE" are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit without exception
  • Bespoke, Custom Made, and Special Order, Embroidered, Personalised Items are not returnable unless we have made a mistake
  • Items that have been damaged, marked, soiled with human/animal hair, perfume or other odors are not returnable (we cannot and will not resell soiled goods!)
Items are returned at your own risk so please pack them carefully. Items are returned at your expense unless they are faulty. We recommend items sent to us are sent via an insured/secure delivery method and that you at least obtain a certificate of posting because we are not responsible for them until they arrive safely with us.

  • Order number
  • Name of the item/code
  • Reason why the item is being returned
